Summer Trauma-Sensitive Yoga
A gentle opportunity to continue your practice over the summer break.
Thursday mornings · 9:30 – 10:30am · Soul Tree Yoga, Pukekohe
Book a classThe ACC groups pause over the school holidays, and for some of us that's a long time to go without the practice. So over the summer break I'm holding a smaller, self-funded class in Pukekohe for anyone who'd like to keep going.
It's the same trauma-sensitive approach: invitational rather than instructional, gentle, and entirely led by what feels right in your own body. Nothing to achieve, nothing to get right. You don't need to be flexible, experienced or fit — you only need to turn up as you are.
It's a good fit if you've been in one of my groups before, and equally welcoming if trauma-sensitive yoga is new to you — as long as you're comfortable knowing this is a community class you pay for yourself.
This is not an ACC-funded or ACC-billed group.
It sits outside the ACC pathway entirely — nothing is claimed, and it doesn't touch your allocated hours.

How it works
Book one week at a time
Come to one, come to all six. There's no series to commit to.
— A small, honest note
Each class needs five people to go ahead
Pukekohe is about an hour each way for me, so a class needs at least five bookings to be viable. Bookings stay open until 12 hours before the class — if we haven't reached five by then, I'll cancel that week, let you know, and refund you in full. Nothing for you to chase.
You'll always be able to see how many people have booked before you pay.
